These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and OfflineFaceSwap regarding the website at offlinefaceswap.com, related communications, and early access to the OfflineFaceSwap product. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit your email.
OfflineFaceSwap is a privacy-first desktop application (Mac and Windows) for face swap using a curated, licensed video library. Core product rules:

You are responsible for how you use any outputs you create with the app and for complying with local laws regarding synthetic media and biometric data.
Videos in the OfflineFaceSwap library are curated for licensed use within the product. Purchase (when available) grants you the right to use that template with the app as described at purchase time — typically unlimited local swaps of that title on your devices, subject to these Terms and any license notes shown in-app.
You do not acquire ownership of the underlying video copyright unless we expressly say otherwise. You may not redistribute library templates as standalone stock footage outside the product’s intended use.
Custom video requests may be accepted or declined at our discretion. Approved custom templates may appear in your “Made for You” section for purchase.
The OfflineFaceSwap name, website content, branding, and software (excluding your own face photo and your exported results) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse our site content for commercial purposes without permission.
Your face photo and the output videos you generate locally remain yours, subject to third-party rights in any library footage depicted and applicable law.
The website may include guides, FAQs, benchmarks, and marketing copy. Information is provided for general guidance and may change. Contact form submissions must be truthful and not abusive.
The site uses third-party services (for example email delivery, analytics, and hosting). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their processing. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
THE WEBSITE AND EARLY ACCESS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that early access will meet your expectations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFLINEFACESWAP AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR EARLY ACCESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR EARLY ACCESS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY) OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others’ rights (including privacy and publicity rights) in connection with face-swapped content you create or distribute.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
