OfflineFaceSwap (“we”, “us”) operates offlinefaceswap.com and related early-access communications. For privacy questions, email [email protected].

2. Core product principle

When you use the OfflineFaceSwap desktop app (once available):

• Your face photo is processed locally on your device.
• Your output video is saved locally on your device.
• We do not receive, store, or train on your face photo or output video.
• Internet is only needed to download licensed video templates from our curated library. Template downloads are not your personal biometric data.

This architecture is intentional: privacy by design, not only by policy.

3. What we collect on this website

Early access / waitlist

If you submit the early access form, we collect your email address. We use it to:

• Confirm you joined early access
• Send product updates, download links, or launch information related to OfflineFaceSwap

Emails are stored with our email provider (currently Resend) in an audience/contact list we manage.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we collect your email address and message so we can reply. Messages are delivered to our inbox via Resend.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate site usage (for example page views and events such as waitlist signup, FAQ expand, and contact submit). GA4 may set cookies or use similar identifiers depending on your browser settings. We do not use analytics to identify your face or video content.

Technical logs

Our hosting and email providers may automatically process standard technical data (such as IP address, user agent, and request timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.

4. What we do not collect

• We do not ask for or receive your face photos through this website.
• We do not ask for or receive your personal videos through this website.
• Users cannot upload their own target videos into the product model — only curated, licensed library content (and approved custom requests prepared by us as templates).

5. Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR applies)

Depending on your location, we process website data based on:

• Consent — when you join early access or send a contact message
• Legitimate interests — operating, securing, and improving the website (including limited analytics)
• Contract / pre-contract steps — communicating about early access you requested

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and email:

• Resend — email delivery and waitlist audience storage
• Google Analytics — website analytics
• Cloudflare (or our current host/CDN) — hosting and security

These providers process data on our instructions to provide their services.

7. Retention

• Waitlist emails — kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we close the early-access list after launch communications are complete
• Contact messages — kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records
• Analytics — retained according to our GA4 configuration and Google’s product settings

8. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing/early-access emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails (when provided) or by emailing [email protected].

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

9. Children

This website and early access are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the product and website evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
